In Cartellà, in a privileged natural environment near Girona, you will find Cal Teixidor , a farmhouse renovated in 2016, a house that offers a cozy atmosphere, surrounded by rapeseed and wheat fields. With a slow and minimalist style decoration, every corner has been designed to offer comfort and tranquility in the middle of nature.
The house is located right next to Cal Moliner, the other farmhouse to which it is attached. The farmhouses are completely independent of each other, with separate entrances on the opposite side. This allows each farmhouse to enjoy total autonomy and privacy, creating an ideal space for those looking to enjoy a peaceful and disconnected getaway.
This is distributed over two floors. On the first, a large dining room with direct access to the garden invites you to enjoy long meals, while the fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet complete the space. On the second floor, three cozy bedrooms guarantee a restful rest: two with a double bed (one of them convertible into two single beds) and a third with two single beds and the option of adding a third. Floor where you will also find a full bathroom.
The exteriors are designed to experience and enjoy nature. In the first garden, a refreshing swimming pool, a porch with table and chairs, a barbecue and a wooden house for the little ones create the perfect space to relax and share special moments. A second garden, with a football goal, a playhouse and an area to have a coffee with views of the surroundings, completes the experience.
