Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

The rates correspond to the full rental of the house.
The maximum capacity of the house is 7 people.
2 cots are offered at no additional cost for children up to 2 years old (these do not count towards the maximum capacity of the house).
Guests will be accepted into the house who do not stay overnight, as long as the property has the approval (according to the minimum number of guests requested).

To make the reservation effective, the deposit, which corresponds to 30% of the total amount, must be paid during the same day, by bank transfer.
The remaining amount of the stay must be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer 3 days before the day of arrival.
To formalize the rental, a deposit of €250 is required, which must be paid in cash upon entering the house and will be fully refunded upon departure, unless there has been damage or misuse of the house. This deposit must be paid in cash upon entering the house.
You must also pay the amount of €1 per night per person over 17 years old.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Check-in: from 5:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 12:00.
If you want to check in earlier on the day of arrival or leave later on the day of departure, you can request it and it will be confirmed according to availability.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Parties are not allowed.
The use and installation of tents, inflatables and/or marquees in the gardens of the house is not allowed.
Upon departure, the house must be left in the same orderly condition in which it was found.
In the case of stays of 3 nights or more, the generated garbage must be thrown away upon departure.
One dog is accepted per stay, with a supplement of €20 per stay.
